Sanghoon Lee is a registered patent attorney.  He advises on patent strategy and manages patent portfolios, for clients of all sizes, related to a diverse range of technical fields, including electronic circuitry, business models, computer software, robotics, artificial intelligence, virtual reality devices, advanced driver assistance systems, medical devices, audio/video media, electromechanical devices, semiconductor fabrication processes, Wi-Fi™ standards and Bluetooth™ standards. Based on his extensive experience, he has drafted and successfully prosecuted hundreds of domestic and foreign patent applications.




Mr. Lee is also an expert in conducting pre-litigation analysis and counseling regarding patent-related infringement, validity, and product clearance. He has prepared numerous validity, infringement and non-infringement opinions and represented clients in due diligence investigations. He has also designed intellectual property rights for the initial public offerings of a number of companies.
