Mr. Park is a registered patent attorney with expertise in chemical science, material science, and chemical engineering.




Mr. Park received his Bachelor and Master of Chemical Engineering from Yonsei University. During his graduate studies, he focused on and participated in projects related to chemical reaction processes. Also, he received a Master of Intellectual Property (MIP) from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST).




Prior to joining MUHANN, he worked for Park, KIM & Partner Patent Office as the managing attorney responsible for filing and prosecuting patent applications from Korea Institute of Science and Technology(KIST), and Agency for Defense Development(ADD). He was also involved in many design infringement lawsuits.




Since joining MUHANN, he has been working as the managing attorney responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to inorganic and organic chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, petrochemicals, polymers, nanotechnology, and semiconductors. Mr. Park’s role also includes preparing legal opinions on patent infringement and patent validity, and handling ex parte and inter partes trials and lawsuits  before the Intellectual Property Tribunal and Patent Court. He has extensive experience in these practice areas.
